Ezra Klein, a Washington Post blogger who recently was named one of the 鈥�50 Most Powerful People in Washington,鈥� delivered the lecture 鈥淭he Unpersuaded: Who Listens to the President?鈥� of Klein's take on Washington, D.C.

A 精东传媒 custodial team leader has been honored with the C.O.R.E. Award for her work with the recent Johnson Hall renovation.

A 精东传媒 math professor has been awarded the 鈥淓xemplary Teaching Award.鈥�

Kristie Pfabe, professor of mathematics and computer science, was recognized October 2 with the award, which is presented annually by the Division of Higher Education of the Board of Higher Education and Ministry of the United Methodist Church.

The artistic talents of 精东传媒鈥檚 Art Department are now on display at the Lux Center for the Arts.

Fourteen 精东传媒 students have been selected as 125th Anniversary Ambassadors.

These students will assist with publicity efforts throughout the University鈥檚 125th anniversary year, with special emphasis on publicity to the 精东传媒 student body.

Anniversary Ambassadors were nominated by faculty and selected by an anniversary committee.

All who share in the pride and commitment to 精东传媒 have a wonderful opportunity this year to reconnect with friends, faculty, and staff as the University celebrates its 125th anniversary.

Anniversary events and activities will occur throughout the year on campus, across Nebraska, and beyond, keeping with the theme, 鈥�125 Years Anew.鈥�

Global Service Learning has been recognized with the University's Roy G. Story Award for their work as true global ambassadors for Nebraska Wesleyan.

The student organization was honored August 24 during the University dinner.
