Tuition and Fee Due Dates
Tuition and fee payments are due by the dates listed below:
- Fall Semester: August 5, 2025
- Spring Semester: January 5, 2026
- Summer Semester: June 6, 2026
Students with unresolved account balances will not be permitted to move onto campus or attend classes until their account is current, either through full payment or an active payment plan.
ACH Debit From Your Checking or Savings Account
Pay your tuition and fees electronically via ACH by going to . Select 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥 under the Financial Information section. From there you can view your current tuition statement under 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥 by selecting 鈥淎ccount Summary鈥. To set up a payment plan, click on 鈥淥nline Payment/Payment Plan鈥 under the 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥 section and then click 鈥淧roceed to Processor鈥. This will take you to the Nelnet Business Solutions page. Click on the green 鈥淪et up a Payment Plan鈥 button to begin.
To pay in full, click on 鈥淎ccount Summary鈥, and in the upper left-hand corner, click 鈥淐urrent or Previous Student Payment鈥.
Very Important!
If parents/guardians are logging in to Self-Service using the parent login, you will first need to have your student go to to activate their NBS account and give parents/guardians proxy access to NBS. Parents/guardians will have two logins. One for Self-Service and one for NBS.
Cash
Cash payments accepted in person only at the Business Office during office hours (Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5 p.m.).
Personal Check, Money Order/Bank Draft, Travelers Check

529 Plan Payments
Most College Savings Plans (529 Plans) send paper checks to 精东传媒 for payment. Please make sure you provide the address above when requesting funds from your 529 plan.
Interest-free Monthly Payment Plan
To view your current tuition and fees statement, go to the . Over 300 families use a monthly payment option through Nelnet Business Solutions. There is a $25 service fee each semester to use this option, but no interest is charged.
