Nebraska Wesleyan to Perform Mozart's ā€œThe Magic Fluteā€

¾«¶«“«Ć½ā€™s music students will perform Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s last opera, ā€œThe Magic Fluteā€.

Performances are scheduled for Friday, March 30 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 1 at 3 p.m. in O’Donnell Auditorium, located at 50th Street and Huntington Ave. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and students. Tickets will be available at the door. The production is free for ¾«¶«“«Ć½ employees and students.

In ā€œThe Magic Flute,ā€ young Prince Tamino must learn to tell good from evil with the help of his bird-brained sidekick Papageno before he can rescue the lovely Pamina and restore light to the world. The production combines elements of magic, adventure, comedy and drama to deliver the life-affirming message that love conquers all.

ā€œThe Magic Fluteā€ is being directed by Dawn Pawlewski-Krogh.
