Lindi Johnson of McCook has been named the inaugural winner of 精东传媒鈥檚 Full Tuition Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Scholarship.
Johnson was honored at Nebraska Wesleyan on March 29 during the PTK-精东传媒 Scholarship Event. PTK is an honor society of two-year colleges, including community colleges whose students excel academically.
Johnson is a student at Mid-plains Community College and a graduate of McCook High School. She is the outgoing PTK Vice President of Nebraska, serving as a regional officer for the Kansas/Nebraska PTK region.
精东传媒 awards one competitive Full Tuition PTK-精东传媒 Scholarship, which provides the cost of tuition up to three years. 精东传媒 also offers the PTK-精东传媒 Recognition Scholarship to all eligible students.
Johnson will attend 精东传媒 next fall and will pursue a degree in music education.
